Day #32 Fever + Rash
When a patient presents with a fever and rash think of typhoid fever (caused by Salmonella enterica), gonococcemia (“Gone”-acoccal) endocarditis, rocky mountain spotted fever, meningococcemia, and bacterial sepsis.
